CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Cancellation & No-Refund Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are handled for Atoban’s services. By using Atoban’s services, submitting a vehicle, or paying any fees, you agree to the terms below.

1. No-Refund Policy (General)

All fees charged by Atoban are non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Setup fees

  • Success fees

  • Advertising or marketing costs

  • Administrative or processing fees

Once services have begun, fees cannot be reversed.

2. Setup Fee

The $99 setup fee is a one-time charge required to activate a managed listing.

  • The setup fee covers professional listing setup, advertising placement, and vehicle history reporting.

  • The setup fee is non-refundable once listing preparation or advertising has begun.

If you choose not to proceed after setup has started, the fee is still owed and will not be refunded.

3. Success Fee

The 3% success fee applies only if your vehicle sells to a buyer introduced through Atoban.

  • The success fee is charged on the confirmed date of sale.

  • Once charged, the success fee is non-refundable.

If payment fails, you are responsible for resolving payment promptly.

4. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

You may request to cancel or withdraw your listing at any time by notifying Atoban in writing.

However:

  • The setup fee remains non-refundable

  • Any services already performed will not be refunded

  • Cancellation does not waive the success fee if the vehicle sells to an Atoban-introduced buyer

5. Sale Outside Atoban

If your vehicle sells to a buyer introduced through Atoban, whether the sale is completed on or off the platform, the success fee still applies.

Attempting to bypass Atoban to avoid fees is a violation of our agreements.

6. Listing Expiration or Pause

Listings are managed for a defined period, generally 45 days, subject to market response.

If a seller declines recommended pricing adjustments or market-based changes, Atoban may pause or conclude active listing management.

No refunds are issued for paused or expired listings.

7. Payment Failures & Late Fees

If a valid payment fails:

  • A $45 late fee may apply

  • After 48 hours, additional charges of 3% of the outstanding balance or $10 per day (whichever is greater) may accrue until payment is resolved

Atoban reserves the right to pursue collection or suspend services.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid fee and Atoban successfully contests it, you agree to reimburse:

  • The payment processor’s chargeback fee

  • A 3% administrative fee

Excessive disputes may result in account termination.

9. No Guarantee of Sale

Atoban does not guarantee that a vehicle will sell, sell within a specific timeframe, or sell at a specific price. Market demand, pricing, and vehicle condition affect outcomes.

No refunds are provided for unsold vehicles.

10. Policy Updates

Atoban may update this Cancellation & No-Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to the Website. Continued use of Atoban’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
